Terms & Conditions

1. Estimate validity. This estimate is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Pricing assumes the property is in a reasonable maintained state.

2. Recurring services. Recurring clean pricing assumes the property is maintained between visits. A first-time deep clean fee may apply on the initial visit if the property requires extra time.

3. Bond / End of lease. Bond pricing assumes tenancy under 5 years. Tenancies of 5+ years may require a site inspection and revised estimate. Garage assumption: 1–2 bed = single garage; 3–4 bed = double garage.

4. GST. All prices include GST.

5. Payment. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service.

7. Insurance. Finer Details Cleaning carries full public liability insurance.

8. Access. The client agrees to provide safe, reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. Lockouts may incur a call-out fee.

9. Pricing changes. Should the property differ materially from the details provided, we'll discuss adjustments with you before commencing.

10. Privacy. Your details are used only to provide the estimated service and are never shared with third parties.
